Throughout her career, she has combined her professional expertise with a passion for service, holding leadership and advisory roles on various boards, including Vaccine Choice Canada, a medical rights and advocacy organization. Her financial skills have also been dedicated to her political engagement and to her faith community, where she has served as treasurer and currently as auditor.
Beyond her professional career, Gisele has invested deeply in children, youth and education. In her early years, she was active in pro-life advocacy, working to protect life from conception to natural death. In 2006, she launched and for a decade coordinated a youth camp that evolved into a premium program for Canadian youth. She home-educated her five children for 18 years and served as Executive Director of a cooperative supporting approximately 60 home-educating families.
Using the tools of education and advocacy, Gisele brings a strong focus on the importance of faith, family, and freedom.

For over forty years, first as a Toronto Police Sergeant (Detective) and later in private industry, Donald Best investigated organized crime and its enablers.

In his ongoing legal cases and public advocacy, Mr. Best has exposed corruption in the Canadian legal profession including secret orders and investigations by judges, the submission of false evidence in court by lawyers, and the failure of disciplinary bodies such as the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Judicial Council to investigate complaints against judges and lawyers.
Mr. Best’s tireless efforts to create integrity and accountability in the Canadian legal system make him an exemplary leader in the fight for equality before and under the law of all Canadians, including self-represented litigants.
As a Director of the Grus Justice Project, Donald continues to warn about the current trend of politicians and institutions to improperly influence and even control police investigations.
Vincent Gircys is a retired Ontario Provincial Police officer with 32 years’ experience.
Vincent Gircys is a retired Ontario Provincial Police officer with 32 years’ experience. He served as a Training Officer, Emergency Response Team member, and Team Leader of the Collision Reconstruction Unit – investigating major fatalities and training officers from police services across southern Ontario. He also deployed to northern Ontario Indigenous communities, gaining valuable experience in policing rural and native communities.
Since retiring in 2014, Vincent has been a strong advocate for civil rights, constitutional freedoms, and the rule of law in Canada. In 2025 he was appointed as a Commissioner with the National Citizens Inquiry. As a Director of the Grus Justice Project, he applies his deep policing experience and principled commitment to justice in support of independent, accountable law enforcement.
Ted Kuntz M.Ed is a father, a grandfather, medical choice activist, author, educator and retired psychotherapist.
Ted’s journey to examine the claims of the vaccine industry began after his son Joshua was severely injured by the DPT injection in 1984. After years of researching the medical literature, Ted learned that the medical industry has been dishonest with health consumers on the safety, effectiveness and necessity of vaccinations.
Ted believes that the effort to deny citizens their right to make medical decisions for themselves and their children is one of the greatest threats to humanity today. “If we lose the capacity for choice over what is injected into our self and our children, then we are no longer free citizens. Protecting medical choice and demanding honesty, transparency, and accountability are the most important issues in my life.”
Ted is the current President of Vaccine Choice Canada, Chair of the National Citizens Inquiry, co-founder of Freedom Rising, and the host of a weekly Freedom leaders meeting.
