Grus Justice Project
The Grus Justice Project (“GJP”) is a non-profit entity established and registered under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. GJP offers various resources, including informational content and videos, via its website, grusjusticeproject.org (the “Site”).
This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you (“the Participant”) and the Site. By browsing the website, signing up for our newsletter, making a donation, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms listed below.

Ticket purchases: All ticket purchases to screenings and other events are final and non-refundable.
Secure Payments: All financial transactions are handled by a secure third-party service. GJP does not host or store your sensitive credit card information.
Finality:You are liable for all transactions that you made. Unless specified otherwise for a particular campaign or event, all payments and donations are considered non-refundable.

7. Duration and Termination
This Agreement is active for as long as you use the Site or maintain a newsletter subscription. GJP reserves the right to alter or remove content without prior notice. Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services and servers.
8. Legal Jurisdiction and Severability
If a court finds any part of this Agreement invalid, the rest of the terms remain in full effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal disputes arising from these terms must be resolved exclusively within the court systems of British Columbia.
9. Comprehensive Agreement
This document, together with our Privacy Policy and any other specific site disclaimers, represents the entire agreement between you and GJP concerning your use of the website.
